This work was commissioned by la Fondation MAM in Suza, Cameroun. The mountain is made of Earth, Yuca [Manioc] and a levitational dispositive. The work addresses how the politics of food account for the colonial history that binds the context of Africa and Abya Yala together, since Manioc (Yuca) was brought to the West Coast of Africa following the Spanish and Portuguese conquests.
