Seiderer, Anna. Lecturer in the plastic arts department of Paris8 University. Member of the Anthropology Laboratory of Contemporary Worlds (LAMC) of the Free University of Brussels and of the Gesellschaft für Ethnographie (GfE) of the Humboldt Universität in Berlin. Member of the scientific committee and in charge of the Creations section of the Esclavages and Post-slavery journal (CIRESC / CNRS). Member of the expert committee for the Franco-German University (UFA). Her fields of research are: Study of the paradigm of the "artist as an ethnographer" in contemporary creation, analysis of the rewriting processes of archives and collections from their exhibitions, exploration of rewriting methods and reinvention of the past in contemporary artistic practices, Practices of the archive in contemporary art, Methods of transmission in postcolonial museums in Africa and Europe, Postcolonial reviews updated by art and anthropology museums, The exhibition as a device for transmission and rewriting the past.
